Who we are

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details that you provide at checkout. We do not process card data, as payment is made by bank transfer.

Why we process it

To process and ship your order, send invoices, provide customer support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Our legal bases are performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform and data processor), GLS (delivery), and our bank and accountant as needed to fulfil orders and comply with the law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and as required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact parts@hopp.bike to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
