Shipping Policy

We ship across approximately 50 European countries and worldwide.

How shipping is priced

All orders are shipped via GLS and charged by weight. Because the weight of each order varies depending on the parts you choose, shipping is not charged at checkout (you will see €0). After you place your order, we calculate the exact GLS shipping cost and add it to your invoice.

How it works

  1. Place your order — payment is by bank transfer.
  2. We email you a final invoice with the GLS shipping cost added.
  3. You transfer the total (order + shipping), using your order number as the payment reference.
  4. Once your payment arrives, we dispatch your parts within 2–3 business days and email you a GLS tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on GLS and your destination, typically 2–5 business days within the EU after dispatch.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at parts@hopp.bike within 14 days of the expected delivery and we will resolve it with GLS — either a replacement or a refund.
