Refund & Returns Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Condition of returned items

Parts must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Electrical parts that have been fitted or installed cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are faulty.

How to return

Email us at parts@hopp.bike with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund within 14 days by bank transfer to the account you paid from. We refund the price of the goods, and original shipping where legally required.

Faulty or incorrect parts

If a part is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover all costs — full refund or free replacement. Please report within 14 days of delivery.

Statutory warranty

The legal guarantee of conformity applies as required by EU and Spanish law.
