Who we are

Go2Place sl., trading as Go2place-okai-parts, Spain. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products

We sell genuine and compatible spare parts for OKAI electric scooters (ES400A, ES400B, ES410, ES600P, EB100B). We describe parts as accurately as possible; confirming correct fitment is the customer's responsibility — please contact us if you are unsure.

Prices & payment

Prices are in EUR. Payment is by bank transfer only. Your order is reserved when placed and dispatched once payment, including GLS shipping, is received. Orders that remain unpaid after 14 days may be cancelled.

Shipping & returns

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Liability

We are not liable for incorrect installation or use of parts. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and EU consumer protections apply.
